With reference to your articles on the above two organisations, whilst I understand the process of the casino licensees taking legal action for their losses, how does this help the ordinary players of these casinos & users of Cryptologic to assert their rights to redress for monies lost if it can be confirmed that the casinos contracted to the Cryptologic set up are either bogus or rigged.
You may wish to appreciate that Cryptologic are used by a number of UK & European casinos as well & if you have any material evidence of malpractice, is it likely that players holding accounts with either the casinos or Cryptologic where money has been deposited, & in most instances, lost in the said casinos can be invited to be included in any group lawsuit. You may not realise that people playing worldwide & not just in the US could have just cause for redress as they were led to believe that these organisations were operating legally & fairly. The ordinary player is not in the business of subsidizing organized crime. I am therefore interested to know what rights thedeceived players have.
