Massive Frauds in the Casino Affiliate Programs!
Many have designed programs to automatically check these big log files, and the programs were made to detect players ...

Many have designed programs to automatically check these big log files, and the programs were made to detect players who win too much, win too often, have a pattern of winning the same way, use systems to win, hook up a computer to the games to help them win, or generally surprise the licensee or the game developer that didn’t know that there was a way to win with their rigged software.

Cryptologic Inc. Wagerlogic Inc. and all their associated own sites running their junk games, have been using this type of automatic programs for years. The program blocks any player who wins $5,000 or more, because the software was rigged, not to allow this, so they block the player immediately, and study the log files for days, to try to understand what went wrong. How did the player managed to win $5,000 or more when the games were rigged not to allow this.

Cryptologic Inc. Wagerlogic Inc. are not the only crooks having these dishonest systems in place, many others also use them, and have always used them from day one.

Many marketing companies prefer to process the dishonest transactions manually, so they can make the figures look more realistic to the affiliates. This is another reason why they don’t supply the figures in real time, to give them time to first cook them.

They go over the real sales, and decide one by one if they put it through for the affiliate, or completely steal it, or change the figures in order to steal between 95% up to 99% of the commissions that the affiliate should normally get.

It’s a fine art to steal properly, and go undetected, and some of these marketing companies and licensees are very good at doing it. The affiliate must feel that he is really getting paid for the sales he generated, but it’s impossible to pay him because there is no money left for him after all the other thieves helped themselves first. Remember that 100% is the maximum available for distribution, and the thieves grabbed their own money first.

The crooks processing the dishonest sales manually for the affiliates normally have a better chance to go undetected because they have more flexibility to decide manually which sale goes through and which ones don’t.

They may let a few small ones go through, block the bigger ones, try to save an affiliate that was going to drop them, by putting a few more small sales through for a short time, put a few sales through at the start of the month, and nothing after until the following month, totally block all the sales for the affiliates when they detected that an affiliate could end up making too much money for the month, and all sorts of other dishonest methods to cheat the maximum from the affiliates, while still making them believe that they are getting paid normally.

Some crooks simply put the system on automatic mode, which means that they block all the sales for the affiliates so he will get nothing at all, for days, weeks and often longer. Some disconnect the tracking of the sales for the affiliates for the weekend, or when they have days off, or go away for a few days.

This entire report was compiled from true and accurate inside information supplied by people dealing with these crooks all the time, and for many years, since early 1997, so it’s not how someone thinks it is from the outside, it’s the hard reality seen from the inside.

Comprehensive reporting in real time, showing all the necessary details that will help the affiliates detect pattern of frauds are absolutely essential, and all the affiliates should insist on getting them, but not from the marketing companies, or the licensees, but from the game developers directly.

Don’t the crooks promise the affiliates 35% to 50% commission or more? They certainly do, and some will go much higher if you ask them, but they won’t publish it on their web sites. If the affiliates are supposed to get that kind of percentage, then they are supposed to be real partners with the marketing companies, licensees and game developers.

Is that the way to treat your “majority” partners by keeping them in the dark, and cooking the figures before they get them, and cheating them massively?

The problem when dealing with dishonest people that are completely rotten, and corrupted, is that you can never trust them, ever. No matter what they do, or don’t do, at the end of the day, they will find a way to cheat you massively, and steal your money. These crooks can’t resist the temptation to steal, and specially when it’s so easy, and goes undetected.

Even if they supply the affiliates figures and details in real time, they will still massively cheat the affiliates because stealing is their normal business model.

You hear of the occasional player who won some money with these crooks, but the other 99% lost. These crooks are heavily into marketing, and it’s good business to have a winner to make the other 99% of the players feel that they also have a chance to win.

They use the same methods with their affiliates, every so often, they will pay a higher commission to some of the hand picked affiliates that will give them the most exposure and publicity, in order to make the other 99% think that they are going to be the next ones to get paid properly.

These are the same crooks who program their rigged games to make you win when you deposited $25 but loose when you deposited $1,000 or $10,000

We have tested so many times figures in real time, even when other details were also supplied in real time, and could never find any program that didn’t cheat the affiliates.

A typical example of a classic scam used by so many crooks. This affiliate asked a friend to deposit money and lose it. The sale didn’t show up in his figures in “real time” supplied by the thieves. The affiliate asked another friend to also make a deposit 8 hours later. He then asked a third friend to make a deposit and lose the money 3 hours after the second friend.

This affiliate waited patiently for 15 hours, and when the three sales still didn’t show up on his figures, he called the senior system administrator in charge of all the systems for the game developer.

The affiliate asked if everything was normal, and if the sales were processed without any problem in the last 24 hours. The most senior system administrator checked and confirmed that there was no record whatsoever of any problem, anywhere on the systems for the last 24 hours. The system administrator confirmed that deposits were processed normally, all the servers were up and running smoothly, no incident whatsoever was seen on any of the systems.

This system administrator was actually monitoring all the systems in real time during his entire shift as part of his normal work.

The affiliate told the system administrator that he wanted to know why the sales he generated were not showing up in his figures “in real time” but didn’t supply any details of the missing sales to the system administrator.

The system administrator then asked the affiliate to wait on the telephone while he was checking his systems. A few minutes later, he informed the affiliate that he just saw a deposit going through for $20 that should show up in the affiliate’s figures.

The deposit for $20 was the first one showing up on the affiliate’s figures for the last 3 full days, and it only showed up after the affiliate called the system administrator and strongly complained.

If this sounds bad, wait until you hear the rest of this true story.

The first deposit and loss made by the affiliate’s friend was for $400 and it never showed up, ever.

The second deposit and loss made by the affiliate’s second friend was for $250 and it never showed up either.

The third deposit and loss made by the affiliate’s third friend was for $1,000 and it never showed up either, ever.

The only deposit that showed up on the affiliate’s figure was the one for $20 after he complained to the system administrator, but guess what?

The deposit for $20 showed up, but the crooked figures showed that the player won $4,950 so the affiliate was down for the day, down for the week, and down for the entire month. He didn’t get a penny for the entire month.

We are certain that the tests were properly done because we set them up for the affiliate.

Each of the three computers used for the tests had their hard drives reformatted to make sure they were clean. Each computer was in a different location and used a different IP address.

Fresh installs of Windows were done on each of the computers. No cookies could have been set on the browsers because the three computers just had a fresh install done after the formatting of their hard drives, and no site was visited, and no clicks were made.

The software with the games was then downloaded, and installed, for the first time, after clicking on the affiliate banner for the first time.

The three affiliate’s friends who made these tests never gambled online before, and never installed any software, or clicked on any banners. They didn’t have any account with any online gambling operators.

We then tested the affiliate’s traffic to see how good, or bad it was. We hooked up his traffic for two weeks to games we fully controlled, and didn’t allow anyone to interfere with the tests. No crooked game developer, licensee, or marketing company. Only the games and the affiliate’s traffic. Nobody else had access to the servers for these tests.

The results of this two weeks tests showed that the affiliate had quality targeted traffic. The reports clearly showed that during the entire two weeks, the longest amount of time without a deposit was 38 minutes, and this was at 4:42 AM Eastern time. The majority of his traffic was from North America, and the rest from Europe, Asia and Australia.

The reports showed that deposits and losses were going through every few minutes, rarely over 6 minutes in between them, and very often every couple of minutes.

The two weeks’ test for this affiliate generated net losses by the players of $219,345 which means that this affiliate had traffic that could easily generate at least $450,000 per month, but much more, if you count the repeat business. In the previous month, he didn’t make a penny for the same traffic when he was hooked up to the crooked marketing company, and the rigged systems.

It’s not that he didn’t make any money because players won money that month, players didn’t win, the sales were simply not credited to the affiliate. Straight stealing, the old fashioned way.

We have full of true horror tests and reports like this one, one worse than the other, and from all the big and small game developers, from the smallest licensees to the biggest ones, and from nearly all the marketing companies.

We didn’t test each and every crooked operator out there, because it will be hard to find an honest one. We have seen thousands of very serious and genuine complaints at all levels, from the inside of these companies, and from the outside.

It’s very clear that the industry is fully corrupted to the bones by criminals and crooks, and dishonest people who will do anything for money, and are ready to break the laws every day of the week.

When dealing with a bunch of hungry sharks, it doesn’t make sense to hang around to check if they will be happy just taking a bite out of your small finger. Best to get the hell out of there before they eat your whole arm, or leg, or bleed you to death.

If you are dealing with a marketing company running the affiliate program for the licensee, you should drop them. Just look at their profit margins, and you will see how much they are cheating the affiliates.

Get rid of any company that is in the middle, and is not the principal directly involved with the business.

The bad news is that no matter what you do, and what you get from them, the affiliates will always get cheated the most, together with the players. The game developer and the licensee and the marketing company will always get paid at your expenses.

You can consider yourself lucky if you get 2% to 4% of the real money they owe you, and you are lucky if you get 20 to 30 cents per click, when the average going rates in the industry are between $5 up to $25 per click.

Insist on pay per click, or prepaid advertising, or drop the crooks.

It’s also fairly cheap to have your own games developed for you. You would be surprised how cheap it can be when you outsource it. Get your own games, and drop the affiliate programs forever. This is the absolute best solution. It’s much better to have 10 games that are yours, than 200 that are not, when they cheat you so massively. We highly recommend that you get your own games developed for you, and drop all these junk thieves that will never stop stealing you.

If you don’t want to get your own games, you can license them, and many game developers will let you have them for a small up front fee of only a few thousand dollars. Just $5,000 or $10,000 should get you up and running with your own casino and even less if you look around and negotiate well.

The good affiliates are doing the hardest, and most difficult work in the entire cycle. Running the casino is not a big deal, producing your own games either, the hardest part is generating the players, and if you can this, then you must have your own casino or poker room, and having your own games is the ultimate and best solution.

The marketing companies are not at all indispensable, they are only there because many licensees are too lazy to do their own marketing. Most of these marketing companies are run the same way some major scams are run. They simply contact the maximum amount of new suckers, hoping that they will find some stupid enough to sign up.

Last year, we called one of these marketing companies after receiving their numerous offers, just to test them. They guy who sent the e-mails presented himself as Director and Account Manager, (they all are Account Manager). Another person answered the phone, and said that the Director was out. When we told him that he contacted us about 15 minutes ago, requesting that we call him right away, he told us that he had to go to school.

The Director and Account Manager going to school…… What was he doing at school, and how old was he? His partner told us that he was only 15 years old, and he was the senior partner, and was 17 years old. The 15 years old was acting like a big boss from a big marketing company, and promising the moon!

Just imagine what the older ones are like, not surprising the affiliates get massively cheated.

In the next update, we will show you why Cryptologic’s licensees must cheat their affiliates, because it’s mathematical, the proof is in their standard licensee agreement, and we will publish the interesting parts. They also have to cheat because they have junk rigged games that are completely out of touch.

In the meantime, we will repeat the most important point:

It’s also fairly cheap to have your own games developed for you. You would be surprised how cheap it can be when you outsource it. Get your own games and drop the affiliate programs forever. This is the absolute best solution. It’s much better to have 10 games that are yours, than 200 that are not, when they cheat you so massively. We highly recommend that you get your own games developed for you and drop all these junk thieves that will never stop stealing you.
