The crooks promise charge back rates of 1% but they often take out 10% or more from the licensee.
Cryptologic claims to have the best e-cash company in the world with the lowest charge back rates, but this doesn't stop them from deducting huge charge back amounts from the licensees without supplying any justification whatsoever. These are most probably fake charge backs and just another excuse for plain highway robbery.
